Vega Force Company had put a lot of careand effort into reproducing the KAC PDW, producing anoutstanding AEG for the Airsoft universe! The VFC PDW is made from high quality Aluminum alloys and steel, processed through CNC-machining and finishe

d to a military grade standard finish. The resulting product looks and feel exactly like that of the real steel KAC PDW. The many metal components give the VFC PDW a very robust structure yet well balanced and an easily maneuverable feel. With every external detail reproduced faithfully, including the dimpling processed outer barrel, the Special KAC Muzzle Break, and the one-piece upper receiver was meticulously recreated. With VFCs unique patented designs such as the bolt lock system, and functional ambidextrous safety, magazine catch, will help to improve the maneuverability.

VFCs gearbox comes equipped with an 8mm enhanced precision gearbox with professional steel bushings, high strength steel gears, a durable Polymer Carbon (The same material used to produce the Glock pistols frame) piston, and ball bearing spring guide.

We would like to make you aware of the fact that the new original VFC PDW magazine delivered with the replica is hard to insert. It is necessary to slam them firmly with your hand to connect them correctly. By using most of the M4 type magazine, the loading operations are much easier than with the original magazine, but this remains firm.

We recommend the LONEX magazine, these have been tested in the workshop and are the ones that fit best into this PDW replica : BO MANUFACTURE MID CAP 200 BBS

What is F2?

F2 is essentially a Mini Fusion Engine. It offers the same adjustability and performance as the Fusion Engine in a cylinder sized package.

Patented Dual Solenoid Design

The dual solenoid design of the F2™ provides the same functionality as the legendary Fusion Engine™ but in a more compact, efficient and flexible design. Dual solenoids allow for the nozzle and the poppet valve to be adjusted independently of each other for unparalleled control over both the loading time and air volume used. Additionally, this makes it possible to change the firing sequence giving it the ability to operate in both true closed bolt as well as "AEG" mode.

Increased Efficiency

The F2™ incorporates a new one-piece, lightweight poppet valve design yet still operates on the same principle as the Fusion Engine™ poppet. This valve is able to operate at lower pressures and uses less air volume to function which optimizes air efficiency. The standard F2 poppet is equivilent to the Red Low-Flow poppet of the Fusion Engine.

Spring Loaded Nozzle

The F2™ nozzle is spring biased forward which provides a consistent loading force regardless of operating pressure. It shares the same spring as the Fusion Engine™ with both light and heavy spring options available to adjust the loading force. The robust design of the F2™ allows for an operating pressure range of 45psi to 145psi which enables it to achieve velocities from CQB to DMR while employing only one nozzle for the entire velocity adjustment range.

What is the difference between F2, F1 and JACK ?

Both F1 and JACK are "open bolt" systems, meaning the nozzle is in the rearward position when the system is idle and the round is fired during the forward movement of the nozzle. F2 is a dual-solenoid system which allows for complete control over the shot cycle

Nozzles :

Over 20 standard F2 nozzles are available for installation into a wide range of replicas. These are numbered, rather than named, since a single nozzle is often compatible with multiple replicas. The "Original Model" listed in the table is the replica from which the nozzle measurements were taken and is for reference. If your gun is not listed in our Compatiblity Database a recommended nozzle length may calculated by measuring your original gearbox and applying the following formula: TIP = F + B - (A/2) - .057. A more precise measurement (which accounts for the hopup and bucking in use) may be obtained by installing a nozzle into the system which is slightly too long for the replica and measuring the nozzle setback when placed into the hopup.

Options available in the future :

    Offset and Centerline cylinders and nozzles.
    Wire harnesses are available in 7.5", 13" and 18" standard lengths
    Interchangable Bushing Inserts which prevent any movement of F2 within the gearbox.
    Custom nozzle lengths available.
    Low velocity poppets (< 1J) available.
    Light and Heavy nozzle springs available.

Please note that instaling a HPA drop in system is recommanded for skilled gunsmith only. The product comes as a spare part and does not come with installation manual. By purchasing an HPA system you take entire responsability of the assembly and upcoming results. For products delivered with a trigger board, contactors / switch are not guaranted by the manufacturer in case of break. We advice to take extreme care when installing the selector plate in order to not break the button. Regarding the trigger switch, it is recommended to block mecanicaly the trigger once the the trigger switch is activated to avoid excessive pressure on it.

Amazing service
This was ordered from abroad for me, yet it still arrived earlier compared to something I ordered in my own country. I also said I made an mistake in the order because the grip I ordered was an M-lok version but I needed an keymod. After mailing this mistake they managed to swap this right before the order was sent. everything went really well, would definately recommend this shop.

It's really easy to install the system, however the gearbox may need some small modification, becuase i put it into an old Dboy m4.The P*F2 works great with the Wolverine High Storm regulator and Tippman 0,48cl 3000psi tank. I really offer it!The shipment was really fast and the powair6 crew is really kind! Thanks a lot!

- Modification (if needed) of the HPA nozzle to match perfectly with the original AEG nozzle outside length

- Installation of the HPA engine

- FCU optimal programmation

- Unmount, cleanning & improvement of the hop-up unit

- Firing tests (around 500-600 BBs) to check about the working and grouping.

If you are alredy equiped with an HPA hose and you don't know what is your connector version, please contact us for choosing the right one. If you have chosen a regulator pack with this option, don't worry we will choose the right one for you no problem.
This grip is suitable for M4 Aegs with HPA system fitted like Polarstar Fusion Engines and Wolverine Engines.It consists of a HPA connector sealed to the AEG grip that eliminates unsightly hose under the gun while facilitating the operations of connection and disconnection of the remote line.In order to install the grip, you have to cut the original hose to the required length, and a long nose pliers will be required if you want to unmount the hose from the Macroflex connector in case of subsequent disassembly.As a 1/8 npt thread is conical, The original grip delivered will be modified to let the 1/8 NPT male thread than can be screwed to the top.

i was asking a lot of question via email, and they always replied fast and with good details. i can reccomend 100% . As for the items, the neoprene tank is a tight fit for 68ci/3000psi ninja tank. speed trigger is absolutely fantastic, altough the included spring is too light for my taste, i replaced it with a more stiff one. PTS EPG-C hpa grip fits perfectly on : E&C M4 SAI Salient Arms Keymod [EC-824] which is bodywise the same as M4 MOTS 14,5" MUR , (T12-14,5") which is bodywise the same as Specna Arms SA-V26
