ORGA believes, Bushings are the most important part in AEG mechanics. We customize more than a 1000 AEGs a year (Mechanics) and we are reminded of this on a daily basis. Conducting daily upgrades and repairs in our ORGA custom shop has led us to the creation of these custom bushings.

ORGA Custom Bushings mentality:

- a thinner flange
- more precise gear shaft circumference and diameter
- does not protrude too far from the gearbox
- made of a higher quality material

We have produced a set of bearings that would meet these requirements. The bearings are made from reinforced heat treated stainless steel (sus420)

Great bushings

Best bushings are FLT, Lonex and VFC imo, because they are so slim and leave a lot of room to shim and they are so smooth - but i couldnt find them anywhere in europe. these orga bushings are extremly smooth and high quality, i like them a lot, but they are thick and dont leave as mich room for shimming :( (lonex shell, siegetek gears)
