Maybe this is not specna arms M100 spring. SPE-08-023651-00 this sping size (175mm (1.0mm) )
I have specna arms springs
M90 150mm (1.2mm)
M110 155mm (1.4mm)
M135 155mm(1.5mm)

Not M100 more M90
Got two of these test results joule limit was 0.89 with great compression on two AEGs
Testing against SHS m100 that was cut to drop joule limit and the SHS still was better than specna arms spring.
Plus one of them twisted very easy.
