The service from POWAIR6 is 5-sfar. No complaints with them. Unfortunately they use GLS as their courier, and GLS is one of the worst in the business. Confirmed delivery that never actually happened and their customer service is sub-par as well. POWAIR6 advised that they will offer UPS in the future and that should get them the 5th star back
