Description

The slide has been built from the ground-up to be compatible with the Micro Pro Sight, sold separatedly, thanks to a removable rear sight at the back. It also features a high-mount base to attach the sight on a higher angle and an integrated backup. It features a flat short trigger that makes trigger control easy and a long slide stop. The slide has wide serrations and a rib (protrusion) that makes it easier to pull the slide when a micro-pro sight is attached. The D.O.R features a new blowback engine with an integrated short-recoil system and piston like the M45A1. Thanks to this upgrade, it allows for a lower mounting of the Micro Pro Sight while remaining stable. A mounting rail can be added to the front of the trigger guard. A flashlight compatible with a 20mm rail can be attached.

About Tokyo Marui

Tokyo Marui Co. Ltd is an airsoft gun and toy cars manufacturer located in Adachi, Tokyo, Japan that produced the AEG. The guns are principally sold in Japan, but are also sold worldwide. They were the first company to produce airsoft guns powered solely by electric-motor driven air compressors, which they called "Automatic Electric Gun" (AEG) in 1992. This compact air compressing system was implemented in their first battery-powered automatic firing replica, the FAMAS F1. Other airsoft guns were then introduced. The AEG system is still in use, and has been copied numerous times through the years by many other airsoft gun manufacturers. Marui is among others the inventor of the AEG and the Hop-Up system.

The power advertised for gas replicas can be highly variable because the cooling of the tank linked to rapid fire, pressure / type of gas used and winter conditions, it is possible to empty all the gas quickly from a magazine, and if there is not enough time given to convert the liquid part into gas, the liquid form then rises through the nozzle as a white cloud. Be sure to use your equipment on suitable climatic conditions and adapt your rate of fire to the ambient temperature to avoid that effect. We recommend that you always choose the manufacturer's brand spare magazines. Choosing a different brand may generate a different power from the original as the percussion valve and magazine lips are not the same.
