The next level of HPA with PULSAR D2 – an advanced evolution of the D version. Built on years of real-world feedback and technical refinement, PULSAR D2 redefines what an HPA engine can be. Designed for maximum performance, unmatched reliability, and effortless installation – even for users with no technical background. Engineered to operate at very wide range of pressures, the D2 delivers energy outputs as low as 0.5 J and as high as 3.6J, all without needing to swap to a lower-flow poppet at reduced power levels.
At its core is a completely reimagined poppet design combined with a larger compression chamber, ensuring a perfect air delivery profile, rock-solid stability. This translates to perfectly spun BBs and pin-point accuracy across a wide range of hop-up buckings. A centrally mounted nozzle spring replaces the previous tappet plate spring, ensuring reliability and flawless BB feeding. On top of that, the engine operates more quietly.
- Simple design
- Innovative automatic synchronization of the nozzle movement cycle enables easier calibration – no need to fire thousands of rounds to achieve good FPS results and stable BB trajectories
- Due to its innovative BB feed system and closed-bolt mode, it is definitely less sensitive to replica and assembly quality
- Razor-sharp accuracy of the system – no unstable hop-up system symptom like in other HPA systems
- Seamless integration & compatibility with the most advanced optical ETU/FCU TITAN II Bluetooth® for a synergy effect
- High tolerances eliminating the mid-cap syndrome
- Compatibility with any AEG nozzles
- Zero nozzle wobble resulting in stable FPS when paired with GATE AEG nozzles, which translates into stable FPS and no mid-cap syndrome
- No FPS drops on AUTO relative to SEMI mode at high RPS – up to 40 RPS with no FPS drops
Redesigned Tappet Plate Mounting
- Improved stability and reduced friction enhance overall reliability and compatibility with e‑HPA gearboxes, resulting in smoother and more consistent nozzle operation.
New Aluminum Piston
- Designed for dependable performance in both low and extreme temperatures, delivering improved durability and consistent shot‑to‑shot operation.
Simplified nozzle setup
- The kit now includes a single universal POM nozzle (21.25 mm) instead of multiple rarely used components, making installation easier while maintaining optimal performance.
Technology That Makes a Difference
Central Nozzle Return Spring
- A centrally positioned return spring ensures perfectly symmetrical nozzle movement, reducing vibration and wear. This means greater precision, especially during high-speed firing cycles.
Wide Pressure Range. One Poppet. Zero Hassle. (60–140 PSI)
- With a completely reengineered valve system and innovative dual-flow poppet design, PULSAR D2 delivers consistent, high-performance operation across a broad pressure range – from 60 to 140 PSI – using just one universal poppet.
- No more part swapping. No more tuning headaches.
Seamless Integration with TITAN II Bluetooth® EXPERT
- Auto Cycle Sync – effortless calibration, no guesswork.
- Live tuning via GCS App – adjust trigger sensitivity, ROF, fire modes, and more – even from your smartwatch.
- Unmatched trigger response – thanks to optical sensors and dual solenoid HPA tech.
PULSAR D2 supports standard AEG nozzles
- As with the previous version, the PULSAR D2 set includes five CNC-machined nozzles in different lengths. Additionally, it supports standard AEG nozzles, giving you the flexibility to use the one originally supplied with your replica.
Optimized Airflow System
- Redesigned internal channels and poppet geometry reduce flow resistance, ensuring smoother, more efficient air delivery. The result? Cleaner shots, better consistency, and improved air efficiency.
