A durable and reliable trigger mechanism is essential for a successful sniper rifle upgrade. A commonly supplied mechanism is sufficient for basic springs. However, the likelihood of damage increases significantly when a more powerful spring is used. Unfortunately, this does not avoid those made from cheap metal alloys. Only a machined steel mechanism can provide the greatest durability. The AirsoftPro CNC trigger mechanism uses a proven design, also used in other models. The goal was to create a very durable trigger mechanism that will not fail even when using the most powerful springs. Therefore, it is made with a combination of aluminum alloy and hardened steel parts.
Below are the basic features:
- Body manufactured by machining on precision CNC machines from a lightweight but durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
- Aluminum parts with high quality anodized finish.
- The piston support, lever and rod are made of steel and hardened to a hardness of HRC48-55.
- The upper part of the trigger is mounted on ball bearings for a smoother trigger.
- The lugs of the internal parts are made of stainless steel.
- A pair of double-twist springs returns the latch reliably to its original position.
- Made up of 20 distinct parts.
- Tested on springs up to M190.
- Easy installation in two minutes
- The mechanism allows the use of the original safety of the rifle
- Availability of spare parts from the manufacturer Airsoftpro (on request)
