4th generation of the AWS trigger mechanism. The modern shape with beveled edges is visible at first glance. The shape has been completely redesigned. No component is identical to the previous generation. The shape modifications also allowed it to be used in the CYMA CM.703 and CM.707. The hardened steel chuck prop is now part of the entire mechanism and is securely bolted. This helps hold the spring mandrel in place. Each part also bears its serial number.
An important new feature is the adjustable trigger for an ideal position in the bow. The trigger can be moved into the groove in the base and is secured by a tiny inbus screw. It is accessible even after assembling the weapon. Smooth adjustment is possible forward and backward over a length of 7 mm. Each user can thus define their ideal trigger position.
- The trigger mechanism and plunger body are precision CNC machined from a lightweight yet durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
- Aluminum parts have a high quality anodized surface with a matte finish
- The piston support, lever and shaft spacer are made of steel and hardened to a hardness of HRC 28-32
- The upper part of the trigger is equipped with a ball bearing for a smoother trigger
- The trigger is newly composed of two parts. Trigger position can be adjusted horizontally to suit your needs
- Internal parts are made of stainless steel
- A pair of double-twist springs returns the latch reliably to the starting position
- The trigger mechanism is made up of 23 elements
- The mechanism does not allow the use of a safety device! Please be very careful when handling the weapon
