The body is constructed from steel, aluminum alloys, and plastic. It features a fully automatic firing mode.
The iron sights consist of a folding front sight and a rear sight; the pistol grip is made of plastic. The package includes a 5,000-round "ammo box" style magazine—designed to resemble a steel ammunition box—powered by a standard 9V battery.
The dummy ammunition belt can be attached to a slot under the receiver cover; it moves during firing, simulating real ammunition feeding.
Internally, the gearbox is specifically designed for this machine gun. Not all gearbox components are standard:
- Steel cylinder (full/non-ported, Type 0, high volume for long barrels)
- Aluminum cylinder head (proprietary design) with dual O-rings
- Polymer nozzle (extended, specific shape to ensure feeding from the magazine)
- Polymer piston with steel rack (full teeth, AEG standard)
- Aluminum ported piston head with bearing
- 8mm steel bushings/bearings
- Steel gears (reinforced, standard type)
- Steel M120 spring with steel spring guide (bearing-equipped)
- Rotary hop-up unit (A&K proprietary system, ring adjustment, compatible with AEG hop-up buckings)
- Brass inner barrel, 6.08mm diameter (500mm length, AEG standard)
- High-torque short-type motor
The electrical system allows for the use of high-discharge batteries—such as 7.4V LiPos—without any modifications.
