Machined from POM and equipped with two O-rings, it provides excellent sealing while maintaining smooth movement within the cylinder head.
Its main feature lies in its intentionally reduced internal diameter and its very strict manufacturing tolerances. Unlike many nozzles on the market, it ensures an optimal fit with most cylinder heads, minimizing unwanted play and improving cycle consistency.
This design allows for more consistent ball seating within the hop-up gas ring. Depending on your replica’s configuration, the N8 Nozzle can help reduce FPS variations and resolve certain midcap syndrome issues.

Recommendation:
It is essential to lightly lubricate the cylinder head before assembly. This lubrication allows the nozzle to slide freely, prevents excessive friction, and ensures smooth operation and optimal sealing.

Note:
Since the nozzle was designed to be as snug as possible and to ensure a proper fit with as many cylinder heads as possible, in some cases it may be beneficial to remove the first O-ring to allow the nozzle to slide more easily without losing its excellent fit with the cylinder head.
