Hi, does this barrel fit a normal M4 (I have an LMT Defender M4 R.I.S), since it says "for KRYTAC LVOA-C", or?

Yes it will fit regular AEG. Regarding "for LVOA-C", it mean that the ideal lenght for this airsoft gun.
