The second generation of the hop-up chamber for the SVD manual rifle, which follows the very popular first generation, on sale since 2011 and whose success was such that it was copied by domestic and foreign manufacturers.
Those who have a manual SVD can confirm that the stock chamber is not the best designed. The problems are mainly caused by the rubber pressure roller. The Allen screw adjustment is not the most sensitive and therefore the weapon generally fires each bullet elsewhere. And that's a major drawback for a sniper rifle.
The new 2nd generation chamber retains the high-quality construction from precision CNC machined aluminum and, of course, the convenient Hop-Up pressure control via the infinitely adjustable ring.
In addition to a more modern design, the rubber pressing method has been changed. The pressure is no longer provided by a perpendicular axis, but by an articulated metal arm, which allows the use of conventional or molded pressure rollers from third-party manufacturers. The pressure is thus exerted on a larger surface area of the rubber roller and better rotation of the ball is ensured. Likewise, the customer is not limited to one roll in the package, but can use any other roll. The package includes a 3mm rubber roller from which you can cut the required length and use it immediately. The chamber allows the use of conventional rubber rollers for electric guns. So even the original rubber roller and barrel of the SVD gun.
The chamber can be used for all commonly sold manual sniper rifles of the SVD type, i.e. for example manufacturers A&K, ACM, KOER...etc.
