The HERA CCS Light Gen 2 retractable stock is a sleek evolution of the original CCS version. Made from impact-resistant, glass fiber-reinforced polymer, the CCS Light Gen 2 offers reliable performance while minimizing weight, perfect for extended gaming sessions.

Its L-shaped design streamlines the profile by removing traditional sling webbing loops, resulting in a more comfortable grip. The redesigned locking mechanism is now positioned underneath the stock. This flat adjustment lever prevents snagging during gameplay and can be locked to prevent accidental movement. The rubberized buttplate provides added comfort and a secure shoulder grip during shooting, helping to reduce felt recoil from gas blowback rifles or AEGs that simulate recoil.

Compatible with Mil-Spec buffer tubes and suitable for AR10 replicas equipped with A5 buffer tubes, the CCS Light Gen 2 is a lightweight, durable option ideal for demanding airsoft setups.

Stock tube & stock diameter

To find out if the stock or the stock tube will be compatible with your replica, you can check the diameter of the stock tube to determine if it is MILSPEC or COMSPEC.

For M4 AEGs, as a general rule stock tubes and stocks from Tokyo Marui - VFC - G&G and clone "M4 AEG" will be closer to mil-spec size.

For the M4 GBB and AR15 beware it often happens that the tubes are bigger so measure the diameter of your tube carefully before ordering. At Magpul, for example, all sticks are sorted MILSPEC or COMSPEC which makes your job easier!

Obviously the manufacturers all have more or less their own rating and it is unfortunately impossible for us to promise you that you will have the stock never moving on the stock tube !

Our company was founded in Germany in 2008 by Thomas Nöth. Already after 2 successful business years we could expand to the European as well as the US-American market. In 2010 the company was renamed to GmbH. In 2016 HERA LLC was founded in Salt Lake City Utah.

The machining of our products takes place to approx. 80% in our production hall in Triefenstein. Here, on our own machinery, we manufacture all housing parts such as uppers, lowers, hand guns, rail systems, pistol stocks, etc. Mechanical finishing such as slide grinding and robot-assisted glass bead blasting are also carried out here. Our machine park relies 100% on machines from the manufacturer DMG Mori AG.

The production of firearms and the assembly of various components is also carried out at our location in Triefenstein. Approx. 20% of the machining production, mainly in the area of rotary cutting, is carried out by one of our production partners in Kreuzwertheim, 8 kilometers away. As a partner of HERA’s birth as well as a renowned company with experience in medical technology, the automotive industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering, we can draw here on decades of experience.
